"The part is what's left when you machine away the right amount of chips.(1)"

I 'm an engineer with several years in the automotive industry. My focus is chips - how to collect, move, store, transport and get top dollar for them, and how to stay out of regulatory trouble.

In my career I've seen lots of chip systems, talked to lots of users, and studied the issues. I have to remain anonymous as my employer has paid dearly for my education and probably wouldn't be delighted in my sharing it.

But I also have to speak up so you won't make decisions based on system cost and unsubstantiated claims - but instead, decide on ROI and doing the right thing for employees and the planet. Pucking / briquetting salespeople and their marketing tools are very persuasive, but if you really understand the issues, you won't be misled…as I was.

I hope you find this information helpful in figuring out the right way to process your chips. Comments and war stories welcomed, reach me at puckinginfo@yahoo.com.
